
Kah Hee is an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore, an Attorney-at-Law in New York and a Chartered Accountant. He began his career in 2008 as a Justices’ Law Clerk and Assistant Registrar at the Supreme Court, then served as a Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel at the Attorney-General’s Chambers, before practising litigation and arbitration at Rajah & Tann and Baker & McKenzie. He acts as independent counsel in civil, commercial, criminal and tax disputes, and has handled over 500 mediations as lead or co-mediator. He read law at the National University of Singapore and the University of Cambridge, graduating with First Class Honours from both.
